Flagship Jet Services, LLC was founded at Manassas Regional Airport with a mission that sounds simple but demands the world: provide private aviation clients with food and beverage service that matches the exceptional standard of their aircraft, crew, and journey.

We recognized a gap in the market. Private aviation had evolved to extraordinary levels of comfort, technology, and personalization — but the culinary experience often lagged behind. Catering was treated as logistics, not hospitality. We set out to change that.

Located in the heart of Northern Virginia's aviation corridor, we serve clients departing and arriving at Manassas Regional Airport (HEF) and surrounding FBOs, bringing restaurant-quality preparation, presentation, and service directly to the aircraft.

David Barbee brings a rare combination of culinary expertise and aviation industry knowledge to Flagship Jet Services. With years of experience in premium hospitality and a deep understanding of the private aviation sector, David founded Flagship Jet Services to bridge the gap between exceptional food and the sky. His philosophy is straightforward: every client deserves an experience that begins the moment they step aboard, and food is the most intimate part of any journey. David personally oversees every menu consultation, ensuring that the Flagship standard is never a template — but always a conversation.

Our base of operations is Manassas Regional Airport (KHEF / HEF) in Manassas, Virginia — a premier general aviation gateway serving Northern Virginia, the DC Metro area, and beyond.

From our hangar-side kitchen at 9998 Wakeman Dr, Manassas, VA 20110, we coordinate catering for departing and arriving private aircraft, with the flexibility to serve clients at FBOs throughout the region on request.

Our Northern Virginia location places us within reach of a remarkable client base — executives, diplomats, dignitaries, and discerning private travelers who know what quality looks and tastes like.
